Welcome the New Year with the community as they lower the Lancaster Red Rose, and everyone counts down to midnight. This is one of the largest free Lancaster County events that are open to the public, and it all begins at 10:00 p.m. Whether you’re visiting with your entire family, or are just on your post-holiday escapes with your loved one, the event is excellent for all ages!

Kid-Friendly NYE Celebration

Bring the kids to Hands-on House Children’s Museum for the Noon Year’s Eve Celebration. Why wait until midnight when you’re little ones may not make it that far? The kids will have the time of their life getting their face painted, watching a balloon artist, playing carnival games, and dancing with a live DJ on-site. This is one of the best kid-friendly Lancaster County events that kicks off at 10:00 a.m. and features a balloon drop at noon. Entry is $15 per child (which also includes one free adult admission) and $10 per adult.
