Big Events in Lancaster County

• Hersheypark: Located just outside of Lancaster County, Hersheypark is the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania, and is fun for the whole family. With plenty of thrills, games, shopping opportunities, food, and even a zoo, each member of your group is sure to find something they’ll love. Be sure to also stop by Hershey’s Chocolate World next door to experience how these tasty treats get made, and even create your own chocolate bar! Check their website for updated hours and dates. 
• Dutch Wonderland: Be sure to pay a visit to Dutch Wonderland! With exciting rides, puppet shows, character meet and greets, delicious food, and a waterpark, your whole family will enjoy this amusement park. For hours and tickets, visit the Dutch Wonderland website.
• Cherry Crest Adventure Farm: Cherry Crest Adventure Farm is the perfect place to bring your family for a day full of attractions, corn mazes, slides, animals and so much more. This farm boasts some of the largest mazes in the nation, and hosts festivals all through the summer that feature local breweries, wineries, and even fireworks displays. In the fall, come pick your own pumpkins and sunflowers and experience the beauty of the farm in the autumn season. Keep an eye on the Cherry Crest website for the hours of operation and events. 
• The Amish Experience: Located on Plain & Fancy Farm, The Amish Experience has been giving tours of the Amish Farmlands and Lancaster County’s only designated “Heritage Site” which includes the Amish House and One Room School. It is great for individuals, families and large groups. In these tours, you will get to visit with Amish community members, and even experience an authentic meal in an Amish home.
