Decades in downtown Lancaster will host its annual New Year’s Eve celebration from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. Thursday. The event includes an open bar, a champagne toast at midnight, free arcade games, a voucher for a game of bowling and a buffet dinner. Advanced tickets recommended.

Phantom Power in Millersville, will host a New Year’s Eve dance party from 8 p.m. to midnight. This dance party will feature emo music and midnight toast.
