“No negatives here!”

Reviewed October 28, 2011 I recently stayed three nights at Amish View Inn with two friends. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean! The decor is very nice. The views of the surrounding countryside are wonderful to wake up to in the morning. The breakfast was much better than what we anticipated. Made to order eggs and waffles are available with a large variety of other breakfast foods. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

 

“Definitely not "Plain"”

Reviewed October 14, 2011 This is a fantastic place to stay!! Everything was wonderful. Very clean, huge rooms with beautiful furniture. The staff was so nice. The lobby area is also gorgeous with great fireplace!! Breakfast was hot & tasty!!. There was NOTHING negative at all to say about this hotel!!! Would recommend with 5 stars!!

 

“What a delightful spot”

Reviewed October 3, 2011 We have stayed at the Amish View Inn before and what a pleasant surprise to find it as terrific as we remembered. The rooms are large, clean and have a kitchenette. The beds have a pillow top mattress--very comfortable. The breakfast has a chef making "to order" eggs or omeletes. And the price is ridiculously low. I checked for last minutes coupons and found an enhancement for only $34 that included a bottle of wine, dinner for two at Miller's and coupons for the shop next door. The pool/hot tub are wonderful and the view of the fields and Amish school in the morning mist look like they belong in a movie. It is the perfect place to relax.

 

“The best place to stay in PA Dutch area”

Reviewed September 26, 2011 We stayed in a junior suite - a large room with a king size bed and sitting area. Very clean; staff very helpful Room Tip: Outside our front windows we could see a farmer tilling his field. Room was not divided by a wall. Room had a fridge and microwave. Room had a working fire place which we used - very romantic!! Room included breakfast - freshly cooked eggs, omelets, hot oatmeal, sausage/bacon. Indoor pool and hot tub were very well maintained.

 

“AWESOME!!!!”

Reviewed September 25, 2011 We stayed here 9/24. What an awesome place!! Check-in was a breeze. The ENTIRE hotel was very clean. The room was HUGE!!!! The hot breakfast was better than any restaurant in the area. The staff was 110% professional and treated guests very well. They even have movie nights on Friday and Saturday evenings for children with free popcorn and drinks.

We visit the Lancaster area every month or two. Amish View is now our FIRST CHOICE hotel. Perfect for families. Room Tip: The suites are AWESOME!!!
